个人觉得雅漾比DHC好，因为刚好有用雅漾和DHC的室友，所以有一个轻微的对比，雅漾就是，过敏皮肤非常适合，它见效比较慢，但对皮肤没有损伤，但是只要坚持用一个月左右，脸上长痘痘的情况可以得到遏制，自己能感觉出来的哦~

2、平时要多喝水，对肌肤有好处，多吃西瓜，苹果这歇。每天早上喝杯盐水或者蜂蜜水，帮助排毒。

3、多休息，我发觉一到假期我皮肤就比较好，因为能睡懒觉，哈哈。

4、少吃油炸辛辣的东西。

5、一定要清洁，薇姿油脂调护系列，碧欧泉净颜细致系列（紫色），雪肌精（洗得很干净），洗颜专科的可以，都是我用过的，我朋友也说理肤泉和露得清好用，你综合下价格自己参考下吧。我发觉只要清洁没做到位都容易冒痘。

7、即使是防晒和隔离也要卸妆，不卸妆就容易冒痘，这是亲身体验。DHC，FANCL，植村秀，雅漾的卸妆产品我用过，不错，哦，还有露得清的。

6、少上网，上多了也容易冒痘。
