长痘痘能用倩碧黄油吗？？

恩，可以用黄油，但是要用无油的那种哟，不知道你是如何使用的，倩碧系列产品你如果去专柜买，一般都会推荐你如下使用步骤：

洁面皂（或是液体皂）=》2号水（针对你的肤质）=》黄油=》面霜，因为黄油自己是没有营养的，它的作用就是帮助皮肤更好的吸收面霜（当时导购**是这么和我说的）

我和你的肤质差不多，我这样使用了效果很不好，T区出油不说，也起了带黄尖的豆豆，后来我就不那么用了，和你说说我的经验，希望对你有帮助：

首先洁面：T区用去油，用去黑头效果好的洗面奶，比如：DHC的天然圆粒磨砂膏，强生的cleanclear去黑头磨砂膏。其他脸部区域选择性比较大，但是补水补水好的是首选，我用的是倩碧液体洁面皂，效果也还不错。对了！如有你有每天化妆的习惯，一定要把妆容卸干净哟，否则那样也会起痘痘而且毛孔还会变大。卸妆油和你推荐植村秀的很不错还有FANCL的纳米卸妆油，DHC的口碑也不错，但是对于混合性皮肤可能差一些，不过这个也是因人而议吧。

其次爽肤：我用的是倩碧2号水，用化妆绵擦拭效果也是不错的，妮维雅有一款粉色瓶子的爽肤水也可以。

面霜：我也是很容易过敏的皮肤，比如对碧欧泉，我就是用完后马上脸发烫，之后就痒，还起了红包。而且好多种都是这样，就连强生的产品，我也不行，倩碧我也只能使用无油的黄油、水磁场，其他照过敏不误。但是后来误打误撞发现了THE
