中医学认为“肝、心、脾、肺、肾”主“目、舌、口、鼻、耳”，因此当眼部皮肤出现问题，根源便是肝脏虚弱。而肝脏毛病可分为火升或虚弱，而肝虚可分为阴虚或阳虚，而不同程度及情况的肝脏毛病亦会引至不同眼部皮肤的问题，可说是“肝”、“目”相互影响，要改善眼部皮肤可由“护肝”入手，时刻保持心境平和、有充足的休息及避免过量喝酒，都是护养肝脏的方法。
睡眠不足、眼睛疲倦、甚至鼻敏感都会令眼部血液循环减弱，红血球供氧不足令静脉中的二氧化碳积聚，色素沉淀形成带蓝色的黑眼圈。
1 彻底卸妆
皮肤受到外来刺激，会产生表面色素沉淀，令眼下皮肤变成茶色。这情况有别于因血液循环不良而引起的黑眼圈，而长期使用遮瑕膏亦是外来受刺激因素之一，应使用眼部专用的卸妆用品清洁眼部。

3 严选护肤成分

SISLEY抗皱活肤眼唇霜
质地：白色乳膏味道：淡淡植物味 特色：主要成分是海藻、野胡萝卜、母菊等提取物，可以同时润泽眼、唇部。
试用者：使用此款眼霜时正在新疆“苦”游，每天披星戴月，长途跋涉，黑眼圈没有加重。另外，新疆日晒非常强，天气比北京还要干，吐鲁番年平均降水量只有16毫米，嘴唇都干裂起皮了。但这款眼霜却没有让我的眼尾细纹加深，还变浅了，在这样恶劣的环境下有如此表现令我非常满意。相信继续使用应该会有更好的效果。
试用者：皱纹比没用前变淡了，但眼角还会有明显的细纹。
试用者：抹着厚但用起来滋润，还能当润唇膏，不怕嘴巴起皮了。

质地：白色霜状，有些腻 味道：无味

试用者：从第10天开始，干纹、浮肿明显改善，减少，但对眼部的斑无很好的改善。
试用者：浮肿现象有所改善�两周后黑眼圈也有所改善。细纹渐渐平滑，黑眼圈和眼部阴影在淡化。
SHISEIDO CPB肌肤之匙眼部美容液
质地：乳黄霜状 味道：无
特色：主要成分为乳状精华、TCCOMPLEX为肌肤补充水分。
试用者：对干纹略有效果，细纹及黑眼圈还需要观察。对黑眼圈很有效果，缺水纹也可以变淡。眼部润泽感加强，一周后细纹在淡化。
点评：对缺水性干纹有明显效果！
Guerlain快乐美妍眼霜
质地：粉色霜状 味道：淡，几乎没有什么味
特色：内含三种有效成分对抗浮肿，还能有效对抗细纹。
试用者：吸收特快，不油腻，眼睛一天滋润也不疲劳。对黑眼圈效果明显，颜色明显变淡。眼围的肌肤更紧致了，也没产生脂肪粒。
点评：看来是一款效果较为全面的产品。
Lancome新美白修护眼霜
质地：乳白色液体，像融化了的冰淇淋 味道：无味
特色：专为亚洲皮肤设计，含有甘草提取物、乳酸、银杏提取物，水扬酸等成分。
试用者：去黑眼圈比较有用，补水和消肿就差了些。对细纹和黑眼圈都有比较明显的效果，眼睛看上去更有光彩。不是很清爽，淡斑的效果不明显，估计两周的时间还是短，再耐心使用一段时间吧。
点评：术业有专攻！
Givenchy完美修护眼霜
质地：白色膏体 味道：无
特色：含蛋白酶及专利植物成分，令眼部四周肌肤感觉清新及舒缓，同时有效打击骨胶原及皮肤弹性的堕落。
试用者：使用一周后，眼部皱纹就开始明显减少了，但眼周比较干。十一期间加班，比较累，黑眼圈没有加重反而减轻了。眼角还有眼头的细纹变浅了真高兴。
点评：熊猫眼有指望了！
Estee Lauder眼部修护精华露
质地：肉色偏黄膏体 味道：恬淡
特色：减轻浮肿和黑眼圈，回复眼部肌肤弹性，修护并滋润眼部肌肤，呈现丝般柔滑。
试用者：以前眼部出现的一些小干纹现在没有了。滋润效果好，但除黑眼圈效果不明显。两周后，黑眼圈确实变淡了很多，甚至眼袋也有点变小。
点评：附带涂抹眼霜的塑料棒，设计贴心喏！
Anna SUI 流金岁月舒眼霜
质地：白色霜体 味道：清淡，有点中草药味
特色：含植物萃取精华，维他命E，保湿舒缓眼周围浮肿痕迹。
试用者：油而不腻，还能锁住水分，适合这个干燥的秋天。黑眼圈依然，但眼周滋润多了。吸收好，小细纹真的浅了，爱过敏的眼周也不必担心。
点评：爱过敏的眼周也不必担心！
MB曼诗贝丹明眸活肤素
质地：像牛奶一样细滑、滋润 味道：清淡
特色：增强眼部肌肤紧致度，敏感肌肤也适用！
试用者：连续的加班黑眼圈有所缓解，眼下的皱纹也开始变浅了。细腻滋润，粉色压嘴小瓶可爱。加班太多，黑眼圈也没随着深重。
Olay润白亮彩眼部精华露
质地：白色 味道：无味
特色：植物萃取物滋润并促进眼周围的血液循环，同时美白肌肤。
试用者：早晚使用没有见到任何效果。试用者：黑眼圈似乎产生了“抗药性”又回复往昔。眼部滋润清凉，其他效果不明显。
点评：期望值可能有点高！
L'oreal复颜抗皱紧致眼霜
质地：乳**霜状 味道：淡香
特色：含维他命原Ａ超微粒子。
试用者：对浮肿的作用明显，意外收获是眼角的脂肪粒明显变淡了也变小了。眼尾的“笑纹”不见了，但内眼角下方的小细纹还在。减少了眼角周边的细纹，眼袋逐渐收缩。
点评：只买对的，不买贵的！
秋水明眸心得分享
一、用牛奶轻轻擦拭眼周，减轻黑眼圈。
二、用纱布蘸上酸奶，敷在眼睛周围，每次10分钟，眼周的皮肤就能喝饱水。
三、涂抹眼霜时，手法一定要柔和，用无名指轻拍而不是涂抹，这样才不会造成细纹。
四、涂完眼霜后把双手搓热轻轻捂在眼睛上更利于眼霜的吸收。
五、眼睛干燥时，盛一杯开水，闭上眼睛靠近杯口，用热气蒸眼睛（当然不能太热了），之后马上涂上眼霜，或做个眼膜，很舒服喔。
六、如果买不到眼膜�或觉得贵的话买一瓶好的抗衰老的化妆水�好的乳液都可以把它倒在厚手棉片上浸透�再分成均匀的两片�贴在双眼上可以把上下眼皮分开贴�免的觉得无聊。之后最好在上面加一张保鲜膜。
七、注意睡姿，避免长期朝一个方向侧卧，更不要将脸埋在枕头里，眼周很容易被挤压出皱纹。
八、保证充足睡眠，多锻炼身体，多饮水，促进良好的新陈代谢，这样就不容易有黑眼圈了。
九、面部表情不要太夸张，不能老是挤眉弄眼，时间长了眼角周围就会出现很多小皱纹，到时候后悔都来不及，真是“年少不注意，老大徒伤悲”！
十、烈日下外出一定要戴墨镜，不仅保护视力，也保护眼周脆弱的肌肤，秋冬也不能例外。
十一、特别干燥的季节，可以在使用眼霜的时候加少量的维E油，可以起到滋湿保湿的效果。滋肾明目茶：菊花、枸杞、红枣、乌梅、决明子各一钱五分泡开水服。

眼部急救小方案：
1．对于长时间坐在电脑屏幕前的office女生来说，滴上一滴眼药水是缓解眼睛疲劳的好方法。不过要注意哦，瓶口一定不能碰触眼皮和睫毛，否则会污染药水。
2．晚睡早起的不规律作息让眼睛常常都是肿肿的，可以在临睡前将两个不锈钢的小勺放进冰箱的冷藏室，第二天早上拿出来，放在肿胀的眼睛上做2分钟的冷敷，眼睛很快就可以消肿，而且还能让眼神看起来更清澈。
3．常常出差的通勤族们注意了，飞机上的干燥环境与办公室的空调比起来有过之而无不及，补水的装备不可缺少。趁着飞行时间为眼部肌肤补补水，既打发了无聊时间，又能在下飞机时给别人一个容光焕发的好印象，何乐而不为？
The Bluest Eye - Learning to Hate
Many American's today are not satisfied with their physical appearance They do not feel that they are as beautiful as the women on television or in magazines The media is brainwashing American females that if they are not slim and have blonde hair and blue eyes, they are not beautiful This causes women not only to hate the ideal females, but also hate themselves In Toni Morrison's novel The Bluest Eye two of her main characters, Claudia and Pecola show hatred toward others, and themselves because they are not as beautiful as the supreme females
Claudia's hatred starts at the beginning of the novel when she and her sister are staring at Rosemary Villanucci Rosemary has what Claudia and Frieda want They want the things that white people have "We stare at her, wanting her bread, but more than that wanting to poke the arrogance out of her eyes and smash the pride of ownership that curls her chewing mouth"(Morrison, p9) Claudia and Frieda hate Rosemary because she has all of the things that Claudia and Frieda will never have or be, particularly Rosemary's white skin This forces a feeling of self-hatred for being black upon the girls
You can see Claudia's hatred again when she receives a white baby doll for Christmas Instead of adoring and cradling the new gift, as most other children would have done, she mutilated and destroyed the doll "Adults, older girls, shops, magazines, newspapers, window sign - all the world had agreed that a blue-eyed, yellow-haired, pink-skinned doll was what every girl child treasured `Here,' they said, 'this is beautiful, and if you are on this day `worthy' you may have it'" (Morrison p 20-21) She hated the doll's blonde hair and blue eyes staring back at her, reminding her of how different she looked from the doll She knew that she was wrong for destroying the doll, but she could not refrain herself from doing it The doll, symbolized the perfect girl, and she knew she was very far from looking like her In Emily Prager's essay "Our Barbies, Ourselves", she "reveals the damaging effect of a doll that establishes such an impossible standard of physical perfection for little girls"(Prager, p 706) Many young girls receive Barbie doll's to play with when they are younger They see how beautiful Barbie is and they think that they are expected to look like her This causes self hatred and also causes the girls to become insecure of themselves
Pecola showed her hatred in a different way Instead of hating people that were beautiful like Claudia did, she hated herself for not being the ideal woman Sammy her brother, often ran away from the house because of their parents' fighting Pecola wondered why he never took her with him The idea that blue eyes are a necessity for beauty had been imprinted on Pecola her whole life "If she looked different, beautiful, maybe Cholly would be different, and Mrs Breedlove too Maybe they'd say, `Why, look at pretty-eyed Pecola We mustn't do bad things in front of those pretty eyes'" (Morrison p46) She thought that maybe if she were prettier, and if she had blue eyes, then things would be different and her problems would all go away She dreamed of being good-looking and having blue eyes, hoping that this will gain her society's respect and not force her to live her life in shame If she was pretty, she believed that she will be loved, especially by her own family She would see herself as beautiful, instead of the ugly little girl she is disgusted with "Long hours she sat looking in the mirror, trying to discover the secret of the ugliness, the ugliness that made her ignored or despised at school, by teachers and classmates alike" (Morrison, p 45)
Pecola idolized gorgeous white girls and hoped someday to become like them One person she really wanted to be like was Shirley Temple because of her blonde hair and blue eyes When Pecola moves in with Claudia, she finds a Shirley Temple mug She begins to drink milk out of it at every opportunity she gets, hoping that it will make her beautiful and make her look like the girl she sees in front of her, even if it meant drinking three quarts of milk in a day Also, the fact that she is drinking milk shows how Pecola hopes that it will change her looks, because the milk is white, and her skin is black Another person she envied was Maureen Peal Maureen is a girl who is in the same grade as Pecola, but the two girls are treated very differently While Pecola is rejected by society, Maureen is adored She has lighter skin than most blacks, has green eyes, and wears her hair in thick braids She wears nice clothes and new green socks with a white stripe She seems to be perfect in comparison to Pecola Pecola wears old clothes and shabby brown socks, belongs to a poor family, is ugly and has dark brown eyes, and is most definitely not adored by anyone Maureen became a symbol of beauty to Pecola, comparable to Shirley Temple
In this book Toni Morrison speaks to both whites and blacks She is trying to show how a racist social system wears down the minds and souls of people She is also showing how dominate images of good-looking white people with blonde hair, blue eyes and wonderful lives show young children that to be white means to be successful and happy This causes many young black children to look around at their own lives of poverty and learn to hate their black heritage like Pecola did Not only black children are affected, but many people from all ethnicities are facing these problems Because they are not beautiful, they are trying every way to become better looking then they are Some people are getting many plastic surgeries done, while others go to the extreme of starving themselves to become thin People need realize that the inner beauty is what counts rather then the outer beauty Ultimately, this novel reveals the insecurities about beauty found in everyone; not just young black girls like Pecola
