1免费接送巴士：免税城共有3条往返线路，每30-60分钟一班;需最晚出行前一天17:00前致电客服预约，并提供身份证件号及航班/车次信息。上车时需出示身份证件、核对个人信息，车上也会有导游讲解免税城的购物政策等。

2公交车：两条线路全程用时均在2小时15分钟左右。

三亚的新地标——形似海棠花的免税城建筑本体为对称结构，分东西A、B两区。每区地上共三层，地下共两层(停车库。两个区域由位于3层的一条空中玻璃长廊相连，集购物、娱乐、餐饮及文化展示等多功能于一体。

2把握购物时间

免税城偶尔会在入场和结账时实行限流，建议10点开门前准时到达，先去高人气的专柜，如雅诗兰黛、兰蔻、科颜氏等，人较少且货品最充足。在饭点和下午5点团客撤离后前往，排队情况也会好很多。

3办理会员卡

购买后若无法及时带走，还可选择免税城的邮寄服务。

2机场/火车站提货

为确保商品准时从免税城送至提货点，从海口美兰机场及火车站出发的游客，需至少于离岛前24小时完成购买，从三亚凤凰机场出发则需至少提前6小时，然后至少于离岛前1小时完成提货。

若不能保证以上时间，可选择“即购即提”的方式购买。

Q：开车来海南玩的话，可以在免税城购物吗

A：由于必须持机票或火车票才能前往机场登机口或火车站内办理提货/退税，因此开车进入海南、搭乘飞机或火车离岛的话，原则上是可以的。

Q：无纸质机票、忘记航班怎么办

A：在免税城结账时需出示有效身份证件，并提供航班号。免税城内也有设备可供顾客查询个人航班信息。由于最终在机场隔离区提货时需要进行再核实，请一定要保证相关信息的准确无误。

Q：行程变更，还未领取的免税商品怎么办
