For coordinating with measurement of the achievement of operation of the company and evaluation of performance of the employees, enhancing the control of the labor cost and, according to the discipline of effectiveness and efficiency, each subsidiary company should integrate the situation in parent company to fix the number of employees in the determine positions, the detailed situation is as followings:
