　近几年，无论是观摩优秀课堂还是学习前言教学理念，总有那熟悉的一幕回荡在脑海———请同学们对已经完成的学习任务进行自我评价（ABC等第）；同学们开始自我评价刚才的朗读情况（一、二、三颗星）；请自我评价一下你们的小组活动（成功、失败）等。学生自我评价的形式虽然新颖别致，但简单的星级制或等级类评比真的能准确反馈他们的学习情况吗？小学生能通过自我评价提升认识、进一步改进学习吗？笔者经过反复学习比较，分析出以下几种美丽陷阱，提醒同行们谨慎避之。

　 一、评价目标一致，却笼而统之

　自我评价是指个人自我观察后按照自我确定的行为标准评判自己的行为。在小学英语教学中，学生的自我评价意识只是出于萌芽阶段，无论是学习活动还是学习方法、学习策略，基本都是在教师的指引下一步步开展的。因而教师虽然有意识地在理念和形式上强调学生的自我评价，其实根本上还是笼而统之的限定性评价。例如，在学习fruit这一话题时，学生的第一关自评是能否认读水果单词；第二关自评是能否正确拼写水果单词的单复数；第三关自评是能否用所学词汇进行熟练对话。在限定的评价中，学生自然只能选择某一项评价。因此，班中的优等生通过评价认为自己已经完成了学习任务，不再有新的目标和要求，更不知学习方法或学习策略还有不足之处。相反，班中的学困生永远只能作最低的自我评价，这种限定的评价并没有给予学生鼓励和信心，反而早早地让学生有了学生群体分层、分类的概念。

　学生之间的差异更加明显，甚而导致英语学习上的两极分化日趋严重。因而，有时评价目标的一致必定也代表了它自身的限制性，教师的引导性评价要更慎重。

　 二、评价方式多样，却流于形式

　自我评价不仅是对学习结果的检测，其本身也是一种重要的学习手段。然而，小学生的自我评价水平有限，必须依靠教师的正确指导才能明确为什么要进行自我评价，评价目标是什么，评价方式是什么。一般来说，评价的方式主要有量化表，写学习日记（反思），建立学习档案，作业展示等。但在小学阶段，在老师的指导下，形式主要体现为量化表。比如星级制（一颗星至五颗星），等级制（ABC等第），是非制（是或者否）等。在低年级教学中，学生对星级制的评价还是比较感兴趣的，因为低年级学生爱表扬，喜比较，能得到多少不一的小红星，学习成功感很容易获得。但是，对于中高年级的学生而言，小红星的吸引力就不大了，他们有自我保护意识，也有学习上的焦虑，更有辨别学习简易的能力。这些自评方式既没有发展学生的认知、提高学生学习的兴趣，帮助学生分析问题，更没有培养学生的思维方法，提高学生的综合素质。学生们只是在回答老师换种形式的问题而已，何来的评价后发展。

　 三、评价内容丰富，却缺乏反馈

　随着课程改革的不断深入，教育评价改革也提出了“多元化评价”的理念。评价内容不仅包括学习任务的达成度，还应包括：学习动机、学习态度、学习策略和学习效果的自我认定。然而在实际教学中，在教学测试的指挥棒影响下，教师往往只关注学习任务方面学生的自我评价，对学习动机、策略等方面的评价指导较少，反馈更少，因而教师对学生的自我评价指导有时只是流于形式和表面化，导致评价结果比较片面和模糊，令学生产生心理压力。就如小学高年级letter话题学习中，学生可以对自己的学习进行自我评价：

　能看懂笔友的英文书信；能辨别中西书信格式的不同；能把自己的学习或生活情况用英文回复给笔友等。但在评价过后，很多教师并不能根据学生的个性差异进行针对性的反馈与指导。学生的学习态度、学习动机也基本没有什么变化。因而，无论是教师评价还是学生自我评价，评价后的反思与改进才是最重要的。

　 四、评价主体明确，却因人而异

　教学需要评价，尤其需要教者与学者的自我评价。没有评价的教是盲目的教，不重视自我评价的学，则是被动地学。在实际教学中，虽然大家已经有了生本的概念，但实际操作起来，却因人而异。由于小学生的年龄和心理特点，判断事物的辨析力和自我评价的能力都比较薄弱，因而我们所期待的评价过程、评价结果、评价反馈与发展都并不理想。例如，在自我评价环节，有的高年级学生是“报喜不报忧”，对自己的评定等级总是A等；有的同学长期受自卑心理影响，以及对英语学习兴趣的降低，对自己的评定等级又总是C等或D等；有的学生是从众心理，看见别人如何评价就如法炮制地给自己随便定了一个等第；还有的学生自以为“谦虚是美德”，从而给自己较低的评价。因而，此时的自我评价对教者和学者而言都没有实际的参考意义，随心所欲的自我评定并没有强调科学的自评方法和用真实的反馈指导来加以检测。

　综上所述，在英语教学中要让小学生实施个体自我评价显然不是件容易的事。一个学生的自我评价能力越强，他的学习主动性也越强，学习成功的可能性也越高。而对于学习习惯、学习策略等尚且出于养成阶段的小学生而言，学生的自我评定绝对是离不开老师的悉心指导和培养的。因此教师更要排除万难，避开陷阱，在教学中有计划、有目的、有步骤地逐步培养学生的自我评价能力，最终帮助学生养成自我反思、自我教育、自我发展的良好习惯。

　 ［论文摘要］ 学生自我评价不仅能够让学生发现自己学习中存在的问题，及时了解自己的学习状况，还可以让教师清楚地掌握学生的真实想法，从而得到生动的教学研究素材。文章通过对历经三年收集而来的三届高职学生对英语学习的自我评价进行分析，提出了其对高职英语教学的启示。

　 一、引言

　自我评价是指在个人内部就其自身的状态进行纵向比较所做的价值判断。学生自我评价是学生个体对自己学习表现的认识与评判，自我评价在学生的学习活动中具有十分重要的作用，这种作用的本质就是使学生为自己的学习承担责任，因而能使学生更加主动，学习更加有效和更加持久，通过学生的自我认识和自我反思，教师可以更清楚地掌握学生的真实想法，从学生反思的前进的脚步中为自己找到进一步努力的教学目标，帮助教师进行教学决策。

　 二、调查对象与研究方法

　本研究调查对象为笔者所教高职06级2个班、07级2个班、08级2个班，共6个班，涉及5种专业的227名学生。采用了定性研究方法，在一学年的学习结束后每位学生以“自我评价及对英语学习的看法”为题写一篇个人总结。

　 三、分析与结果

　历经三年，跨越三届学生，我们最后将收集到的学生自我评价进行分类整理，得出如下结果： 2学习兴趣。（1）厌烦。据调查显示，有学生明确表示不喜欢英语，厌烦英语，缺乏积极的学习情感体验。（2）喜欢。有学生明确表示喜欢英语，这其中一部分是从开始就喜欢，觉得学英语挺快乐的；另一部分是由于老师而改变了态度。（3）中立。大部分学生居于中间状态，是为了应付考试而学，能够按时上课，积极配合老师，按时按量地完成作业。 4学习毅力和自控力。大部分学生学习的'毅力和自控力较差，懒惰是他们的通病。不论是成绩好的还是差的学生都不避讳自己的缺点，都意识到懒惰是他们提高英语水平的绊脚石。有的靠吃老本,觉得自己有点小聪明，加上初中的底子就混过去了。有的认为英语跟不上的原因是早上没有晨读，英语单词读不下去，懒于读书，对待英语的心态不积极。

　5学习习惯和学习方法。相当一部分学生没有良好的学习习惯及恰当的学习方法，表现为没有良好的学习习惯，惰性大，依赖性强，学习不主动，上课时注意力不集中，不背单词，不习惯提问。

　6对英语教学的评价。有的学生认为目前的英语教学就是为了应付考试，忽视口语的重要性，但也有学生希望提高口语水平，还建议专门开设口语课。

　 四、学生自我评价对高职英语教学的启示

　1设置适当的目标与任务，让学生不断体验成功。帮助学生树立继续前进的自信心是高职英语教师的首要任务。高职英语教学过程中，老师必须了解学生的状况，明白学生已有的知识能力水平，明确教学目标，寻找学生的兴趣所在，设定适当任务，要创造机会让学生多一些成功的经验，鼓励他们，使学生不断体验成功,不断增强英语学习的自我效能感，使学生可以达到目标，使其能看到自己的进步。

　2培养学生的兴趣，使其有正确的学习心态及目标。关注和改善学生的心理素质，激活学生学习英语的态度显得尤为重要。培养学生兴趣，可以在教学中挖掘教学内容的新颖性和情趣因素，精心设计教学的每一个基本环节，改进教法，使学生“易学、乐学、善学”。让学生了解英语是能够帮助更好更快实现人生梦想的重要工具。对自卑、缺乏自信、处于焦虑中的学生，要让他们了解英语是一种技能，通过单纯的模仿就可以掌握，只要具有正常人的智力，就肯定能够掌握英语。所以，每个英语学习者都应该树立信心，一旦有信心，就不会有畏难情绪，就能一直坚持学习，直到掌握英语。

　3重视学生的基础，传授学习方法，培养学习习惯。大部分进入职业学院的学生英语基础薄弱,没有养成良好的学习习惯。要想提高学生的成绩，需要狠抓基础知识的掌握与落实，查漏补缺。只有重视学生的基础才能达到教育的实际效应。例如，对于造成大多数学生英语学习困难的根源之一——词汇量的欠缺，要引导学生采用有效的学习词汇的策略，包括查阅英语辞典、大量阅读课本以外的书籍等。

　学习方法是教学中的一个重要的基本因素。教师要关注学生独特的个性，根据教学目标和学生的学习情况指导他们选择正确有效的学习方法。与此同时，教师要帮助学生认识英语学习规律，形成英语学习习惯，这样才能花最少的时间和精力而达到最大的效果。因为英语学习成功最重要的因素和最可靠的保证是具有良好的英语学习习惯。在教学中，教师的主导性越强，学生的主体性就越强。相反，教师的主导性越差，学生的主体性就越差。教的本质在于引导，引导学生辨明方向，唤起其内在的精神动力，鼓励其不断前进。

　4与学生交朋友。了解学生才能帮助学生。所谓“亲其师信其道”“为益友者方能为良师”。走近学生，走近学生的内心世界，学会倾听、欣赏、赞美学生，才能赢得他们的信赖，继而演化为学生内心认定的先决条件，使学生产生“向师性”。正如一名学生在总结中所写的一段令人印象深刻的话：“我认为我们不应该因为他们的学习好与坏而失去人性内心深处的关怀和仁爱，教学不仅仅是传递知识，更多的是其背后所流露的那份情感，表面看情感是一种关怀，实际上他是一种动力，正因为人们享受这么一种权利，他才有可能带着感恩的心去回报，而为了回报他就会尽可能的投老师所好去学习，因为这是感恩的回馈。”

　一名优秀的教师应该以丰富的学识引导人、以高超的教学艺术打动人、以充满爱的怀抱呵护人。对于高职生更应如此，学好英语固然重要，但我们首先要帮助他们树立自信，掌握正确的学习方法，获得学习的能力。

　5因人而异，区别评价。长期以来对于学生的评价大多是以鉴定为目的的终结性评价。这种评价已不能适应新形势下社会对高职人才的多规格、多样化要求，不能体现学生的动态发展变化，很难发现和发展学生的潜能，阻碍学生认识自我、建立自信。笔者认为，对高职生除了强调学习个体的学习动机、个人努力程度、学习态度等主观因素外，还应重视学习个体的英语能力倾向以及生理、心理等方面的个体差异。为了避免弱势群体自知无望而陷入无穷的自卑的情况出现，对他们的要求不应过高，而应给予他们足够的爱和期待。对于基础相对较好的学生则鼓励他们向高一级目标进军，使他们的潜能得到最大限度的挖掘。评价不仅看学科成绩，更应注重学生的综合素质是否通过教育得到了提高。

　因此，要在高职教育领域探索如何具体应用多元化学生评价，从学习态度、完成学习任务、方法和成绩等多方面对学生的学习情况进行评估，取消纯粹以考分评估学习状况的做法。例如，像语言知识和技能，可以用常规的语言测试进行评价和检测；对于情感和策略等学生内在发展状态的评价，可以通过对同学进行问卷调查、学生自评、互评等方式来进行持续评价。评价要保护学生的自尊心，体现尊重和赏识；评价要关注学生知识差异，也要关注学生情感差异，更要关注学生个体差异。教学过程中的评价应该能帮助学生克服困难，熟悉不足，反思与调控，恢复自信，提高学习能力，化弱势为强势。
