电脑上久了,为什么脸上都是油油的?

　　上网的时候由于电脑屏幕的辐射和光照，皮肤很容易缺水，而脸部的毛孔就像是一个杯子，如果水多，就不容易出油，如果缺水，自然要分泌油份来补充，所以补水很关键。

　　以下为日常生活中给皮肤补水的方法：

　　1、选择适合肌肤的面霜

　　各类型皮肤都容易处于缺水状态，不要以为泛着油光的肌肤，既不紧绷又无干皱的感觉就永远都处于饱水状态。油性皮肤应选用清爽的水质保湿产品;干性皮肤缺水现象最为明显，所以选用偏油质的保湿产品会有很好的锁水保湿效果。

　　2、挑选补水润肤型化妆水

　　化妆水对皮肤的补水作用不容忽视。选择润肤型化妆水，将化妆棉蘸取化妆水轻拍于脸部，使其水分和营养成分完全被皮肤吸收。

　　3、使用睡眠面膜到天亮

　　睡眠面膜一般油分高些，皮肤在睡觉的时候张开毛孔，皮脂的调节可以使皮肤变得光滑，恢复弹力，所以睡眠面膜中的营养物质可以在夜间充分被吸收。

　　4、饮水

　　以饮用凉开水效果最佳，因为沸水经自然冷却至20-25℃时，溶解在水中的气体会较煮沸前减少1/2，水的内聚力增大，分子间隙趋于紧密，表面张力增强，此时与人体细胞内的水分子结构非常接近，具有很高的生物亲和力，容易渗透到皮肤组织内部，有利于补充皮肤中水分的不足。
