• 共七张照片：半年内拍摄的三张彩色正面上身免冠照片(尺寸13×18厘米)，四张黑白或彩色正面上身免冠照片(尺寸3×4厘米或4×6厘米)

• 个人艺术经历、音乐会曲目单、获奖证书等文件的复印件

• 报名费100美金缴费证明

一等奖不设并列奖项，奖金5000美金，金牌，证书，奖杯

二等奖3000美金，银牌，证书

另外还设置一些单项奖。

组委会在比赛结束后将组织一场获奖者音乐会，选手必须参加。

组委会将对获奖者向柴科夫斯基国际音乐大赛做特别推荐。

4组委会安排

• 选手将在2009年4月30日左右得到其是否通过预选的通知。

• 选手最晚于6月16日抵达韩国并到指定地点报到，届时将进行抽签仪式以决定比赛出场顺序。

• 第一轮和第二轮比赛期间选手每天有15分钟的排练时间，组委会提供场地和设备。第三轮比赛前选手可以与管弦乐团合练60分钟。届时组委会将做具体排练安排。

• 组委会为小提琴和大提琴选手安排钢琴伴奏。选手也可自带伴奏，费用自理。

5 交通和住宿

• 国际选手往返机票自理。

• 组委会为选手安排从旅馆到排练场和比赛场地的班车。

• 6位决赛选手将在比赛结束后得到交通补助。

• 组委会将为选手提供当地旅馆清单，由选手自行预订。

• 提前被淘汰的选手可以留下看接下来的比赛，所有费用自理。

6其他事项

• 评委的决定为最终结果，选手不得申诉。

• 获奖者须参加闭幕式和颁奖典礼。

• 选手和评委在比赛期间不得擅自对媒体发表任何声明。

• 组委会有权对比赛进行实况录制、媒体宣传等，选手不得索要任何费用。

• 组委会对获奖选手享受比赛后24个月的演出安排权。决赛选手将与组委会签署关于此事项的协议。

• 如遇争议，将以俄语和韩语版本规则为准。

• 报名参赛即被认为认同并遵守比赛规则。
