韩国是中国的一个邻国，也是一个娱乐产业和电子产业都非常发达的国家，这里环境保护比较好，自然资源也算丰富，每年都会吸引大量的游客前往观光旅行，下面给大家分享韩国首尔自由行旅游攻略2017。

美国的创业公司 Impossible Foods 公司花了超过 18 亿美元，让用植物做的人造肉充分模拟出真肉的口感。

除了用植物做肉以外，也有用动物细胞直接在实验室里培养出肉的旧金山的 Memphis Meats 公司，这些都算作“人造肉”，或者是“lab-grown meat”。 因为消费者对肉类的需求不断增加，风险投资公司和硅谷对这类人造肉很感兴趣，不过消费者能不能接受一块在实验室里培养出来的肉就是另一回事了。

于是正在华盛顿为人造肉行业游说的非政府组织 Good Food Institute 想了个办法来推动公众和政府接受：称呼“lab-grown meat”为“clean food”。

“Clean food” 这个概念是怎么流行起来的已经不可考究了，现在 Instagram 上有二百多万张带有#cleanfood 这个标签的，大部分都是些给人一种“看起来很健康”的感觉的食物，还会混杂有一些健身相关的照片。

这个概念没有非常统一的定义，不完全是指食物，更像是一种生活方式。一般而言比较统一的有以下几点：接近自然、尽可能少加工和成分少，举个明显的反例，薯片就不是 clean food，因为土豆经过了重重加工，还加入了各种人造成分。不过对于不同消费者来说，clean food 的定义也不尽相同。

虽然是人造食物，不过 Good Food Institute 认为这个行业将会解决人类对肉类日益增长的需求，同时不需要大量的土地和水资源，不用屠宰动物，更人道、更节省资源，因此可以称作 clean food。

曾经研究过如何让学校里的孩子多吃点蔬菜的美国农业部官员 Brian Wansink 表示：“给它一个听起来更吸引人的名字可以让那种蔬菜在学校食堂的销量上升 27%。”

人造肉产业正是要“蹭”当下正流行的 clean food 的名声，让更多公众接受它。

消费者的确很喜欢 clean food 这个概念。在美国有两千多家分店的面包店 Panera Bread 的创始人 Ron Shaich 表示他想卖的就是比大公司更“干净”的食物，过去在他们的食物里他们坚持用不含抗生素的鸡。

现在他们还有一张 “The No No List”，上面列举了各种人工添加剂、人工甜味剂和人工色素，黑色的是已经从 Panera Bread 的产品中去除的，红色的是正在去除的。他们承诺到了今年年底，就会将所有这些物质都从产品中去除。去年，主要是卖汤、焗芝士通心粉和色拉调料的 Panera at Home 项目销量增长了 20%。

如果 clean food 继续流行下去，想必会有更多公司加入这个行列。
