loreal营运管培面试小记（攒人品）

　此前在论坛上得知的消息是欧莱雅亲睐名校(很遗憾，那些名校不包括偶们学校)，所以一直也没做啥希望。而且本人之前几乎与护肤品类绝缘。。。只是因为寝室友(+偶妈)对其极度热爱，可能受到了感染和熏陶，对欧莱雅等品牌也培养起了好感(真要感谢这份影响而带来的契机)，于是投了他家的网申，后来接到了电面，还挺惊喜的。。。基本上是常规的英文自我介绍+英文项目经历，还好做英文简历时记得一些，所以瞎侃了七八分钟(其中语法错误乱犯，果然很久没说英语了。。。sigh)，很顺利地进入了一面，其实之前也面过不少外企，所以基本上是裸面去打下酱油，就这样屁颠屁颠地去了华科一号楼，发现原来除了自己，其余同学都是华科的，而且各色专业尽全。。。果然是专业不限呀，为了缓解面试前的紧张情绪，我一般都会找在场的女生同胞唠下家常，直到一个HRmm(后来知道是强大的sharon)出来叫了名单，七人一组做准备，然后不幸杯具地得知群面是全英文的。。。完全没有经验，脑袋里面迅速划过若干个乱七八糟的常用语。。。不过事已至此，后悔也无济于事，硬着头皮上吧~总共两个考官，一男一女，据说不是HR，而是各部门经理，MM和GG都相当nice，一直笑脸迎人，首先寒暄了几句，然后自我介绍，中英文皆可，我们小组是四女三男架势，有两个本科MM给我印象很深，口语很牛X，哎。。。都不想承认比人家还多读了两年书。。。之后小组同学π偶去抽题(当然也是英文的)，题目是：如果你是新来的员工因为某些原因工作状态不佳很沮丧，该如何如果你是部门主管，遇到这样的员工又该如何五分钟分两组讨论，十分钟无领导小组集体讨论，最后七分钟各自英文presentation，毕竟是经过电面的同学，大家交流起来基本上没有障碍，而且niubility的同学也是有的，一直可以领导着整个小组进行讨论，哎。。。可惜自己不够vigorous，经常抢不到话，现在发现，原来嗓门大有气势还是蛮多优势的，起码可以争取到发言的机会。。。在此过程中，两位经理samas就是不停地做记录，时不时提醒下时间而已。

　晚上小组群面结束回到家大概十点左右意外地收到了二面通知，第二天早上八点依旧华科一号楼。。。欧莱雅果然爱华科到底呀，于是赶忙睡觉，一早就登上521奔向关山口，二面我的是一个貌似总经理架势的阿姨，相当和蔼可亲，很有爱的样子。。。让我对欧莱雅瞬间好感倍增，前十分钟是面试个人信息，基本上是按照简历上来的，哪里人、在学校做过什么云云，中间十分钟是英文面，向我提的问题是最成功的'事情是啥，类似宝洁八大问，所以准备过八大问的同学应该没问题了，最后十分钟是问职业规划、为何选择欧莱雅、如果欧莱雅给offer还会等其他家吗，之间阿姨一直在不停地写呀写(和宝洁阿姨一样的说)，可惜太远了，实在看不清写了啥。。。这其中我犯了个大错误，错把欧莱雅的operation部门叫做PS了，原来PS只是宝洁的叫法，被阿姨识破了，我瞬间汗流浃背，后来还被问到宝洁面到第几轮了，我那个汗啊。。。不过事后有通知我三面，说明欧莱雅的面试官还是很开放的，而且还意外获赠一瓶loreal唇彩。。。(^__^)

　中午就收到三面通知，对于我这个case菜鸟而言做case是个challenge，三人一组分析材料(英文的哈。。。)三页纸的样子，并在四十分钟内做出PPT和想出解决方案，一拿到三页全英文的东东我就晕了，好久没看这么多英文了，一时间还真接受不了，大概过了两分钟才勉强进入状态，好在同组的一位MM和GG都相当强，很快浏览完所有材料，开始进入分析和做PPT，我泪。。。走到这一步的人比一面的组员们更强了，好大的鸭梨。。。偶们三都不是财会类的，对于一堆用英文堆砌的数据计算还是远不及会计专业的同学有优势，不过我们组的有位男生很强，基本上我是负责读内容做理解，那位女生做PPT，而那个男生就可怜地进行着计算了，大家分工协作得还算不错，勉强有了尴尬的结果，就被催到楼上去开始做presentation，同组MM的英语很溜，说英文像说中文一样畅快，然后我做了一些细节补充，那位男同学就做了计算分析，他的口音很好，有VOA的感觉，一看就知道练过，事后聊天了解到原来是在百威实习过的牛人，sigh。。。虽然我们中间有些差错被nice的考官们指了出来，但总体而言还是成功的，多亏了两位强大的组员。。。一天下来累趴下了刚快到家，一个电话说六点华科百景园，我汗。。。再一次感叹loreal有多爱华科啊，我泪奔上521一路堵到华科南大门，又奔去百景园，本以为是内部宣讲或者四面之类，没想到迎来两桌菜，这个。。。原来是HR各位达人举行聚餐，心情马上平复下来加入大家的聊天阵营。。。没想到面试时一个个剑拔弩张地气场十足，其实菜桌上大家都可以如此和睦而可爱呀，还记得调侃两位男同学玩断臂。。。嘿嘿，挺有趣的，十来个人谈天说地，部门经理们不再是考官，而是以一位分享者的姿态和我们说到在欧莱雅工作的种种体会，不禁觉得和这样一群人工作一定很幸福~大家努力吧，欧莱雅确实是个值得去的地方，效率高的没话说，一天之类搞完三面。。。beauty是有原因的。O(∩_∩)O~

　过了大概一周左右，收到上海终面的通知，不得不再感叹下loreal的人性化，因为上海的hr已经为来访的十四个同学安排好了全部行程，机票都是loreal帮偶们定好的，南航的飞机抵达浦东机场就大巴接到酒店了，那天晚上大家和上届的管培们一起饕餮了顿颇丰盛的晚餐，再一次吃的好撑。。。当然了，大家议论的话题无非是第二天的终面和loreal的管培生活，因为上届的MT毕竟才是最有发言权的，聊的很开心，也知道了许多不为人知欧莱雅的点点滴滴，第二天去见了亚太营运的boss，是个法国人，其实说是终面，也就是每人两分钟左右的自我介绍，气氛也算是轻松，除了我是loreal指定院校外的学生外，其余的尽是华科交大浙大的帅哥美女们，略显孤单，但大家都是相当nice的人。虽然来自各个地方，但是每个人内在都有些相似的地方，所以才能聚在一起。听完了大boss蹩脚的法式英文后，总HR又来宣讲了下下，是个相当有气场的人，灰常challenging。。。很喜欢他的一句话“Away from home, you will become strong”甚为有道理。。。之后就是礼包派送阶段，很阔气地送给偶们一些护肤品，其中包括价值不菲的碧欧泉香水，当即就决定回去送给偶室友了，因为当初可以说是因为她的热衷让我能够走近loreal，了解loreal。会谈过后又到了午餐时间，除了我和另两位mm还要去面上海的一个opening外，其余人又享受了奢华的自助，羡慕ing。。。不过我们仨也有幸可以去体验了下欧莱雅的食堂。。。很有范的西式风格餐厅，环境很优雅。。。赞~

第一步，填写职位申请表。这一步至关重要，因为它直接关系到我能否拥有第一轮面试的资格。我严格按照要求，认真仔细地用简洁流畅的英文回答着每一个问题，题目的内容相当广泛：个人简历，用3—4行文字描述自己，五年内自身的职业规划，个人兴趣爱好，为一种男士护肤品设计一句简短的广告语，参加过的社团活动等等，从各个不同方面考察综合素质。我有针对性地根据问题所要考察的能力，结合自己的实际学习、工作、生活情况实事求是的有重点地全面反映自身情况，然后按要求在职位申请表后附上一张三学年的成绩单，便正式投递。

1，谈谈你对市场营销的认识？

这类问题是开放性的，考官是要考察应聘者对这一行业的大体认识，不要谈一些人云亦云的东西，你知道当你听到这样的话时的感觉就知道考官的感受了。最好谈谈自己的切身体会哪怕是不成熟或者幼稚的，但毕竟那代表了你的思想。每个人都有自己的看法，大胆说出自己的想法会得到别人的尊重。
