美国研究发现：长期大量使用唇膏危害健康

美国加州大学伯克利分校的研究人员检测了32种唇膏和唇彩中9种重金属的含量，发现有些重金属含量可能导致金属摄入量超过健康标准，学者提醒消费者应减少用量。

加州大学伯克利分校公共卫生学院环境健康科学研究员刘飒博士是这项研究报告的主要撰写人。她和凯瑟琳·哈蒙德等研究人员对7种品牌32类唇膏和唇彩进行金属成分分析，发现有些产品不同程度地含有铅、铬、镉、铝等9种重金属。

“这些唇膏和唇彩都很大众化，来自商场的开架化妆品柜台或化妆品专卖店。”刘飒说，“当我看到这个结果时很惊讶，长期大量使用会危害健康。”

铬、铜、锰等金属都是人体必需的微量元素，但是否有益取决于摄入量的多少。刘飒表示，化妆品中金属含量和人体摄入量是决定是否有害健康的关键。

“由消化道摄入的镉影响肾脏和骨骼。铬是已知的致癌物，与胃癌有关系。长期在职业环境下高暴露的锰会影响中枢神经。”她说。此外，金属的毒性不一样。刘飒指出，“含量非常高的不一定毒性高，比如铝。铅的含量比较低，但毒性却很高，特别是对儿童。”

刘飒表示，这是一个探索性的研究，消费者不必因此恐慌，到底使用多少量才没有危害还需进一步的数据和研究支持。“一天用唇膏和唇彩10多次的人，每次涂得很浓，最好注意减少次数和用量。”据刘飒介绍，欧盟的环境法规和消费者使用法规规定化妆品中不得检出铅、铬、镉。

“我们的研究是一个很重要的发现，应引起政府及法规制定部门的关注。”刘飒说。
