在默认的情况下，路由器的接口要处于UP状态，需要该接口能够收到对端的信号（也就是该接口用网线和对端连接着），但是由于某种原因（比如测试、做实验），要使一个没有连接任何设备的接口也进入UP状态，就用no keepalive这条命令。从字面上也可以理解，keepalive翻译过来就是保持存活，no keepalive就是“关闭保存存活”，意思就是即时接口检测不到信号（活着的信息），也无所谓，一样进入UP状态。像这种问题，建议到专业的论坛去讨论比较好
