秋茶飘香，正是一年中品质最好的铁观音上新时！

10月中下旬，在郑州的中陆茶城、汇美茶城、文博茶城、中原茶城等茶叶专业市场，河南商报记者看到部分茶叶商户店里上新了今秋的铁观音茶，店门口亦有员工在对新上市的铁观音毛茶进行去梗、分拣等后续工序的工作。不过要和过去高峰时期郑州茶叶市场上几乎所有商家都分拣铁观音毛茶的盛况相比，难免有几分落寞。

曾经，铁观音被称为茶叶界的“香奈儿”，一斤野生铁观音茶叶被卖到89万元之高，它的热衷者更是数以万计。

高光时刻，负面消息却接连不断，农药残留、以次充好的消息不绝于耳，令不少消费者对其敬而远之，加上其他茶叶纷纷乘虚而入，铁观音的市场份额已远不及当年。

很多人第一次接触茶，就是从带有幽幽茶香的铁观音开始，巅峰过后，如今仅凭情怀存于世的质疑不绝于耳，又是什么让曾经的茶叶王者走向没落？

有商户反映铁观音在郑州市场占有率不及过去十分之一

铁观音，属于青茶（乌龙茶）的一种，是中国十大名茶之一，原产于福建泉州市安溪县，有“七泡有余香”的美誉，冲泡后的清香受到不少爱茶人士的喜爱。

刚走进茶城，河南商报记者就被郑州市场上各种茶香味所吸引。在郑州的中陆茶城、汇美茶城、文博茶城、中原茶城等茶叶市场，河南商报记者看到有商家打出秋茶上新的标语。

询问中，河南商报记者得知，铁观音一年中可以采摘好几次，为了保证茶叶质量，安溪当地目前一般只采两次，分别是春茶和秋茶，而秋天采摘的铁观音品质最好，量也最大。

老家福建安溪的郑州文博茶城商户王青霞告诉河南商报记者，10月1日后，安溪铁观音陆续上市，虽然今年福建部分地区受到疫情影响，不过对于铁观音的销售影响不大。

文博茶城商户上官秩清，老家同样在福建安溪，他表示，茶叶品质和季节息息相关，寒露前后十天的茶叶品质最佳，过了这段时间相对来说就没这么好。

另据了解，目前郑州市场上价位在150~800元的中上等品级铁观音更受消费者的青睐，销量却不及以前。

福建省尚感恩茶叶有限责任公司创始人章远新告诉河南商报记者，如今铁观音在郑州市场的份额与2006 2012年的高峰时期相比，占比连10%都不到。

曾经红极一时，占据郑州茶叶市场七成以上份额

2012年以前，铁观音曾红极一时，极品茶叶还成了收藏品，稀有产地出产的铁观音还一度成为升值保值的代名词。南京就曾出现一盒野生铁观音售价98万，还有人争相抢购的事件，让人对其刮目相看。

“无铁不成店，无安不成市”在坊间流传甚广，说的是没有哪个茶叶店不销售铁观音，没有哪个茶叶市场能少了安溪人的身影。

安溪人把铁观音带到了全国各地。以东北地区为例，20世纪90年代初，铁观音在当地的市场份额还是零，但到2006年前后，铁观音就占据东北市场份额的30%~40%，同时，铁观音在全国各地扩张的步伐也没有停下，安溪茶商到了哪，铁观音就被带到哪里，甚至铁观音在海外也拥有较高的知名度。

中陆茶城商户周家军告诉河南商报记者，在他印象里，本世纪初，郑州市场上铁观音占据的市场份额还是比较高的。

汇美茶城商户陈福章表示，从上世纪70年代开始，铁观音的销量就比较大，2015年之前铁观音还是一个处在比较辉煌的时期，在郑州茶叶市场占有率在70%~80%，而章远新则认为鼎盛时期郑州市场上铁观音份额甚至能达到85%~90%。

很多人第一次了解茶，爱上喝茶就是从一盏铁观音茶开始，铁观音成了不少人的 情感 寄托。汇美茶城商户牛媛媛表示自己喝的第一杯茶就是从铁观音开始，并且如今也会喝一些品质好的铁观音。

在中陆茶城茶商王清波看来，最开始的时候郑州市场上有铁观音和信阳毛尖两个品种的茶叶，别的品种的茶叶是很少的。

疯狂的逐利者，铁观音被拉下神坛

周家军告诉河南商报记者，高峰过后，郑州市场上铁观音的份额就逐渐下降。他认为，人的兴奋劲过了，再加上口味的改变，多重因素造成铁观音销量下降。

事实上，铁观音市场份额的下降远不是这么简单。

多年以前，随着铁观音的知名度不断提升，消费者对其认可度也越来越高，市场上对于铁观音的需求不断增加，不少商家纷纷抓住这一“商机”，并且他们只要打上“铁观音”的旗帜就不愁销售。种植其他品种茶叶的茶农眼看利润不及铁观音，也都改换品种，种上铁观音，甚至安溪以外地方产的茶叶也都被打上“安溪铁观音”的标签，由此造成茶叶质量参差不齐的现象出现。

农药残留、稀土超标等负面报道更是给铁观音以致命一击。再加上红茶、黑茶、白茶等茶类崛起，以铁观音代表的乌龙茶市场份额不断缩减。

谈及铁观音销量的变化，中原茶城商户韩晓天告诉河南商报记者，铁观音茶销量后来确实大幅下降，他进的货也随之减少。

福建茶商张美燕表示过去店里只卖铁观音，如今铁观音的销量也只占据其全年茶叶销售量的四分之一，为了应对市场变化，多种品类的茶同时经营已经成了众多商户的共同选择。

汇美茶城另一商户刘希垚在2014 2016年左右则直接砍掉以铁观音为首的秋茶，目前店里以销售普洱、白茶、绿茶为主。

更有商户坦言，现在铁观音茶利润低，大家都不愿意推它，别的茶叶能放能存，推别的茶叶更挣钱。

热度过后，铁观音逐渐回归理性

作为曾经茶叶界的“扛把子”，其他茶叶在铁观音面前都不值一提，如今铁观音的没落，让人唏嘘不已。

采访中，河南商报记者得知，中国十大名茶几乎都可以在秋天采摘，不过量很少，且绝大部分秋天采摘的茶质量并不好，所以茶农一般不会选择在这个时期采摘，而铁观音则是一个例外，秋季采摘的铁观音不仅品质更好，甚至一提到秋茶大家能想到的也只有铁观音。

王清波表示，很多人就是简单听说关于铁观音的传言，并没有深入了解铁观音。使用传统工艺、用心做出来的茶散发的是自然的清香，带有淡淡的兰花香。

情怀之外，如何实现铁观音更好地发展，成为一个不得不面对的问题。

近年来，随着安溪本地品牌化战略的步伐的加快，对知识产权的重视程度的提高，对原生态和对 健康 重视程度不断提升，以及对新品、特色茶叶多元化的不断 探索 ，安溪铁观音也迎来了较好的发展势头。

上官秩清告诉河南商报记者，如今铁观音依然有其固定消费群体，虽然份额和以前相比有差距，不过这两年其在郑州市场上的比重也在缓慢上升。安溪以铁观音的发展，促进其他茶叶的整体发展，已经形成了一个茶叶种植、加工、售卖、新品研发等相配套的全产业链条。

1990年到1996年，韩庚就读于黑龙江省牡丹江市光华小学。

1996年，韩庚只身前往北京，就读中央民族大学，专攻民族舞蹈，还附加学习了芭蕾、武术。期间拥有出众才华的他多次随团到美国、俄罗斯、香港、台湾、澳门等地演出。

2002年，系统学习了56个民族舞蹈的韩庚，从中央民族大学毕业。毕业汇报中他表演了3支舞蹈--《猎人》、《草色茫茫》、《踏上征途》。

2001年，韩庚参加了SM公司在中国举行的选秀活动 “HOTChina”，凭借其出众的外形、舞技及才华，以3000：1的比例在众多参选者中脱颖而出。2003年3月，年仅19岁的韩庚前往韩国进入SM公司开始练习生生活，经历了2年多的演唱、舞蹈、演技、声乐、语言等多方面的练习和培训，其间，韩庚以个人身份在韩国参加了多次T台 show，以及各类服装杂志拍摄。

2005年11月，SM娱乐公司精心策划了面向亚洲娱乐市场的的“Super Junior”组合，其成员是从各个地区选拔的专长演唱、舞蹈、表演、作曲、演奏、T台、MC的12名才艺出众的新人（后增加一名新成员）。这一组合从一开始便引起各方关注，并在短短时间内就迅速走红。而韩庚作为其中唯一的中国成员并且是第一位正式在韩国出道的中国人，成为组合的亮点。2005年11月6 日，SuJu在SBS人气歌谣以曲目“TWINS”正式出道，韩庚亦正式踏上了他的演艺征途。

然而，韩庚的演艺征途却是坎坷的。因为韩国法律对外国艺人的限制和签证问题，韩庚只能上两个电视台，出镜率低，而且出现长达8个月的空窗期，这对一个艺人来说是致命的打击。但是韩庚却以顽强的毅力挺了下来，并且为了组合的整齐和他心爱的舞台，冒着被驱逐出境的危险戴着面具参加了多次演出。

终于，在13名成员的共同努力下，SuJu的发展越来越好，韩庚亦凭借着他的坚强、隐忍、善良、孝顺的品格以及出众的才华，赢得了越来越多人的认可。而韩庚始终以一个中国人的身份自豪，在排外的韩国，他在每次获奖时都用中文发言，参加各种演艺节目也总强调自己是中国人，并经常表演民族舞和武术以宣传祖国的文化，以自己的努力影响着周围的韩国人。因为以上，韩庚曾被KBS（韩国三大电视台之一）评为最受欢迎的外国人，并拥有了一批忠实的拥趸，亦赢得了国内不少人的喜爱。

2006年4月24日， 韩庚首次以歌手身份回到祖国，得到了数百名歌迷的热情迎接，2006年6月16日，在青岛中韩文化节上，出道以来，韩庚第一次将汗水与热情倾洒在了祖国的土地上。

2007年2月，韩庚首次录制国内访谈类节目《鲁豫有约》，并在出道后第一次和国内的庚饭一起，度过了难忘而又美好的23岁生日。生日期间，由庚饭自主作词、作曲、制作并演唱的《爱的翅膀》也作为庚饭们对韩庚最好的礼物呈现在了大家面前，柔和轻盈的曲调，真挚感人的歌词将会一直陪伴韩庚和庚饭们的未来之路。
