‍‍重度敏感干性超薄肌，买买扔扔好多年，终于是搭配到了适合自己的组合。至于护肤品的性价比，只能说你要是觉得值，再贵都是性价比高。

洗面奶：自然哲理。

扔过好几瓶，各种不适合，好容易找到这款，平时只用它就行了，如果化妆，再搭配luna。‍‍

‍‍爽肤水：春夏秋，自然之名；冬，玉泽。

都是国产，便宜大碗，还可以湿敷做水膜，而且最关键是，对敏感肌友好。

多年的护肤经验告诉我，一个类型的产品就只要求那一种功能就好，你不必苛求洗面奶要抗皱、爽肤水要美白，如果肌肤比较皮实还无所谓，但如果是比较脆弱的敏感肌，简单点，要求的功能简单点。‍‍

‍‍肌底液：全部pass！

据说肌底液的原理就是打开皮肤角质层，使后续保养品更易吸收，所以对角质层比较薄的敏感肌来说有一定的刺激性。 

精华：黛珂小紫瓶，雅顿金胶（面部+眼部），雅诗兰黛小棕瓶精华（面部+眼部），娇韵诗黄金双瓶。

从百来块的开架货到几万的贵妇牌，多得不胜枚举，但是大家也要根据自己的年龄、肤质以及收入情况理性选择。以上几种都是数年使用无限回购的，价位也不高，勉强算是中端吧。

眼霜：雅诗兰黛小棕瓶眼霜（夜间），hr至美溯颜眼霜（日间） 小棕瓶眼霜是我连续用了好多年的夜用眼霜，无论日用眼霜怎么更迭，而它始终没有变过。日用的眼霜换了好多，终于留下的这款是相对来说保湿抗皱效果很好的，而且价格没有超过四位数，非常符合性价比高这一定性。‍‍

‍‍乳液：ipsa。

本来我是不用乳液的，嫌不够保湿，但自从被小伙伴种草入了ipsa乳液以后，春夏秋三季都抛弃了面霜。去专柜做个皮肤测试，选个适合自己的型号，效果比较慢，但在使用中肌肤细微的变化虽然看不出来但能够感受得到。‍‍

‍‍面霜：玉泽、京城之霜（中低端），lamer、hr黑白绷带（高端），hr至美溯颜

前面四种都是针对敏感肌，主打修复。但如果皮肤保持住稳定之后，则推荐hr至美溯颜面霜。
