北美：

1、 美国食品药物局规定，所有医疗健身及美容药品都要具备能防止掺假、掺毒等防污能力的包装。

2、 美国环境保护局规定，为了防止儿童误服药品、化工品，凡属于防毒包装条例和消费者安全委员会管辖的产品，必须使用保护儿童安全盖。
