1 only to do sth只有做结果状语时，才表示不如人意或出乎意料的内容。
如：He returned home, only to find his house broken into
他回到了家中，结果只是发现他家被人闯入了。
2 如果不定式to do sth做目的状语表示“为了”时，用only to do sth就没有上述的含义限制了。
此时only to do sth一般翻译为“只是为了做某事”。
3 不过to后面必须加动词原形，而楼主这个座右铭中的better做动词时，意思是“改善/提高”，后面不能缺少宾语。
所以我建议最好改成only to better myself，意思可以引申为“只求自强”。
only just是一个短语 意思是“刚刚”

just only 其实就是only的意思表示“只不过，仅仅而已没更多别的意思（的感觉）”just在这里起到了加强语气的作用
比如
