sunblock是指物理防晒成分，sunscreen是指化学（或化学物理兼具）的防晒成分。
1、防晒原理不同：
sunblock和sunscreen都有防晒霜、防晒油的意思。前者是物理防晒，后者是化学防晒。物理防晒是通过将照射到肌的太阳光和紫外线用反射的方法从皮肤移走，化学防晒是通过能量转换的方式。
2、防晒成分不同：
sunblock物理防晒成分主要是二氧化钛及氧化锌，适用于任何肤质，厚重但对皮肤刺激小，不易造成过敏，并且通常都有点润白的效果，但是白不自然。
