不是具体到每小时每分钟的那种计划，那种…我几乎没完成过…还会给自己一种"我真没用"的心理；其实只要方法得当，每个人都可以完成自己的计划，比如你可以在周五晚上，制定好这周"写完第三章数学作业，复习第四章英语，再把会计学笔记补完…"记住，一定要在自己的可完成范围内，完成以后大脑会给你"奖励"，

下次完成会更轻松

不要让自己承受过重任务

对于普通大学生来说，平常周末一般保证每天3-4小时高效学习，考试周保持每天5-6小时高效学习即可(注意我说的高效学习，进入心流状态)

都周末了还不让自己放松一点，自己干嘛跟自己过不去呢！好好玩吧

我承认不可能每时每刻，或者每次都在状态，如果用尽了办法就是不能专注学习，那就好好玩吧，别有罪恶感，享受生活的美好；不过在全心投入玩够了以后，记得"弥补"一下，下周好好学习
