先练习这样2个分解动作:
1比如你要用右腿打后旋,那么先以左腿在前站好,然后以左腿为轴,身体做顺时针旋转,旋转时注意右腿不能点地,头始终注视前方,直到颈部极限在用比身体旋转更快的速度将头转过去然后仍然注视前方,最后右腿要回落到出发点这个动作开始可以慢慢做,头部是重点,这样可以防止眩晕并且你始终能知道你要打的目标的位置,要点是中心要略微靠后倒,不然你转不过来
2左腿在前,做后腿(右腿)的原地前摆腿,前摆腿也要分3部分,先是前偏左45度方向的侧踢,然后大腿不动,膝盖运动摆腿,然后收腿
做好以上2部分后,就可以结合运用了,熟练后就是后旋了,但是在2个运动过程中一定要衔接好,不然会出现2次发力,还有,韧性不太好的朋友放弃这个动作比较好,因为打不到头很难看

拉丁舞基本步老多了,而且不同的舞种还有各自不同的基本步。下面是拉丁舞基本步分解,欢迎阅读了解。
分解动作:
首先右脚打开,脚尖点地
脚后跟往外点开
收脚与前面几集一致,弯曲收腿
two拍右脚后退踩直
前脚绷脚背,重心推到后脚
第三拍重心移向前脚,推上来
脚后跟往前压,and拍收脚
收脚后正前方上步,将双腿的膝盖锁住
下一拍往右脚后方踩住
后腿蹬直,右腿往前推一步,两腿同时保持直立的状态
and拍左脚上脚收脚
继续做“切克”动作(所有收脚都要经过另一个脚后跟)
手位动作:
基本姿势站好
two拍和three拍基本换手
前进步时手位做一个造型
右手放下再做一个提起的手位
另一支手扶住左边的肋骨
上脚的同时做造型
and拍右手放下摸耳朵
拉丁舞基本步
伦巴:原地换重心、时间步、walk、方形步、纽约客、阿里曼娜、曲棍步、点转、螺旋转……
恰恰:与伦巴基本相同,不同的是它在每个步后都加了一个‘恰恰恰’。也就是说伦巴是:two theer four-one(四分之三、四分之一、一拍),而恰恰则是:tow three qia qia qia(有点记不清了,MS是一拍、一拍、前两个恰恰合起来是一拍,最后一个恰是一拍)与伦巴不同的步有:狼德追步、扭臀追步等等。
牛仔:这个舞的重点在于弹跳和吸腿。基本步有:左右摇摆步、walk走步(不同于伦巴的walk,因为这个部的音乐是:四分之三、四分之一、一拍。)、鸡仔步、踢腿、撞跨……
桑巴:这种舞并非肚皮舞,虽然它们很像。跳舞时肚脐要有一种在眨眼睛的感觉,且不像伦巴和恰恰一样需要两腿全直,一般都有一条腿是处于弯曲状态。前后上步、左右上步、原地基本步、桑巴走步、波塔佛戈、快踢步、辫子步、滚筒部……
斗牛:不像其它四种舞,跳舞时需脚尖不能离地,要贴着地面走,且要先脚尖再脚跟地走,而是像正常走路一样,脚跟先着地,再脚掌。
