DIALUX里覆盖层的问题

朋友这是我从网络里找的相关问题，希望对你帮助 C和R分类系统相同之处也是根据镜面系数进行分类，不同之处是C系统分得比较粗，只把路面分成2类，而R则分了4类。

其他的也应该是由不同组织定义的！国内目前好象没有自己的定义，应该是沿用的CIE标准，也就是R分类系统！至于说到的路面潮湿度的设置，国内目前好象并没有考虑，这个系数的设定也都还不太完善，我这没有相关资料，应用了1小段文章给你看下！

洛氏硬度试验需要按照试样的材质、硬度范围及尺寸来选择不同的压头及试验力，使用不同的标尺表示。洛氏硬度计和表面洛氏硬度计的标尺通常按材料种类、材料厚度和标尺的刻度范围三方面的因素来选择，具体选择方法叙述如下：

按材料种类选择

十五个标尺中，后六个标尺为表面洛氏硬度。前九个标尺中，常用的标尺为A、B、C标尺。

A标尺多用于测量碳化钨、硬质合金、表面硬化零件等等的硬度；

B标尺多用于测量有色金属、合金及退火钢等低硬度的零件的硬度；

C标尺多用于测量碳钢、工具钢及合金钢等经淬火、回火处理的试样的硬度。

1：样品硬度与材料成分及热处理工艺的关系! 在相同的热处理工艺下，材料的含碳量越高，材料的硬度也越高。对应于相同的材料，由工艺引起的硬度高低是：淬火、正火、退火。

2：各种洛氏硬度标尺的适应范围。每种洛氏硬度标尺都有一个可用范围，这一点很容易从硬度计刻度盘上的分度来确定。

洛氏硬度试验对样品试样有要求，其厚度不能小于残余压痕深度的10倍，试样背面不能出现明显的变形痕迹。由此样品的厚度决定了载荷的选择，载荷必须保证其所引起的变形小于样品的最小厚度。对于每一种硬度试验，都存在最小可测量厚度。

按照以下步骤试试看：

1、使用360卸载dialux以及插件，随便清理注册表

2、重启电脑

3、先安装dialux，特别是evo。再安装插件两者最好都不要有中文路径。

4、（这条针对dialux evo）若还不能解决问题，在C盘下搜索，找到Dialux setup informationtxt、dialux setup logtxt两个文件发过来给我。
