《我们这一天》是一部豆瓣评分95的超高分美剧，目前已经出到第四季了，可以算是近几年“美剧必看”的一部作品。讲述的是一个有着一对双胞胎和一个领养的黑人小孩的家庭。Jack和Rebecca本来生了三胞胎，可是因为第三个孩子没有活下来，就收养了当时同在婴儿房里的婴儿Randall。他们没有种族歧视，少了肤色差异的对待，把Randall视如己出。这是本剧温暖的开始。

《我们这一天》让蘑菇看到了一个真实的演绎出美国家庭的生活情感细节，在矛盾和争吵的背后是慢慢的爱和关心。

很多人认为美国的家庭是开放的，勇于表达自己情感的，有什么问题会直接说出来。可是这部剧告诉了我们，其实并不是我们想象中的那样；他们也会有很多心结，藏在心里几十年不曾和家里人说出来过。比如当Jack和Rebecca说想要一起有孩子的时候，Rebecca是抗拒的，因为她没有信心去对孩子负责，害怕无法给他们一个健康的家庭，所以Jack和Rebecca产生了矛盾。

总结一下，在《我们这一天》里，无论你是什么样的人，都多少能找到和自己有关的感受，感觉自己也和这部剧一起成长。学习如何和家人，朋友，同事相处。其实很多时候，这些角色映射的都是我们自己。
