作金刚上师的条件

做金刚上师只具备上述的最低标准是不够的。无垢光尊者的弟子智悲光尊者，是宁玛巴一位非常伟大的成就者。他著的《功德宝藏论》里收集了很多显宗、密宗对金刚上师的要求。之后，他作了一首偈子，其中讲到：因为现在是末法时代，众生的福报浅薄，要找一位非常完美、如佛陀或大菩萨一样的金刚上师，恐怕难而又难。故尊者说：且不谈很高的要求，对金刚上师比较低一点的要求是：

第一，三戒一定要清净。三戒是指别解脱戒、菩萨戒和密乘戒。

1）别解脱戒清净。别解脱戒分为在家和出家两种。故从这个角度而言，金刚上师既可是在家人，也可是出家人。在家的金刚上师首先要具足圆满、清净的居士戒。

2）菩萨戒清净。作金刚上师一定要有愿菩提心和行菩提心。说到菩萨戒，我要强调汉地存在的一个问题。现在，汉地很多学佛人都认为，我曾在某法会上受了菩萨戒，所以我肯定有菩萨戒。但实际上，他们得到菩萨戒了吗？很难说。问题在于，获得菩萨戒的关键是什么？若举办一个非常隆重的法会，并邀请一些高僧大德，由他们为大家举行一个授菩萨戒的仪式，是否就得到菩萨戒了呢？从外缘上讲，很多条件都具备了：传戒上师是有菩萨戒的高僧大德；他懂得怎样传菩萨戒；仪轨也准确无误；我们去参加了；法会也非常隆重，种种外缘十分圆满。但得菩萨戒的关键是内因而非外缘。内因就是我们从心灵深处是否发过菩提心。比如说，参加授戒法会后，我们应扪心自问：现在我做的一切，是为了利益自己，还是为了利益众生？若是为了利益众生，就要有为了度众生而成佛的念头。若大部分修法的动机是这种念头，就可以得到菩萨戒。反之，若处处都是为了我自己的解脱，那你根本没有菩提心，又怎么会有菩萨戒呢？这是绝对不可能的事。这时，首先要煅炼、调整自己的内心？也就是按加行里讲的发菩提心的方法，先修四无量心，再发菩提心。佛法再三强调，所有行持要从内心出发，从内心开始。内在没有任何基础、没有菩提心，只是参加授菩萨戒的法会有什么用呢？传戒法师虽是高僧大德，福德、智慧都很圆满，但是他的圆满对我们有什么用呢？我们自己不发菩提心，他也没有办法强迫把我们变成菩萨，如果有这种可能，释迦牟尼佛早就这样做了。所以得菩萨戒也没有那么容易。一旦得了菩萨戒，就要护持使之清净。

3）密乘戒清净。获得密乘戒需要得到真正的灌顶。现在，我们也会说：我是受了灌顶的，有密乘戒。但是否真正得到要看三个方面：第一、给你灌顶的人有没有灌顶的资格和能力，再进一步说，他自己有没有密乘戒。第二、你本身有没有受灌顶的资格。第三、举行的灌顶仪式是否如法。如果能保证这三个方面都没有问题，才可以说我已经入了金刚乘。否则，是不是金刚弟子还是值得怀疑的。

做金刚上师的第一个条件是三戒清净。第二，要广闻佛法。例如，有些修行人（以前某些在山洞里修行的老喇嘛），修行相当好，戒律清净，又很虔诚，对上师非常有信心。在智慧上，他还是多多少少了解一些，但是，要给别人传法就很困难。因为佛法跟世间学问不同。比如，虽然你只精通世间所有学问的一部分，但在这个圈子里，你就是权威。而佛法不是这样，只有精通了整个佛法后，你才可以融会贯通，了解佛教的真实意趣，若只看了一两部经典，是很难做到这一点的。因为佛法可分为了义和不了义两种。佛传法时，要考虑听众的根器，传对他们有利的相应之法。如果讲实话，而有人不能理解，佛是不会这么做的。假如实际上不是这样，但若暂时这样讲，可使大家都能理解，都很开心，又由这个开心，都能够走上解脱之道，那么，佛就让大家开心，先讲一个方便法。这难道是佛打妄语么？不是，佛要观察众生的根器，应机施教。众生的根机各种各样，因此佛说的法也各种各样。而所有这些法中，真正的佛的思想是什么呢？这只有在精通了很多经论后才会明了。这是佛教与其它学问的不同之处。所以若要给别人传法，就必须广闻多学。

第三，要有大悲心。因为，作为金刚上师就要以悲心摄受其他人。若某修行人戒律清净，又懂得一些显密教法，但他只是独自在山洞里修行，拒绝跟所有的人接触，不愿意摄受他人，那么，他虽是一个真正的修行人，却不具备做金刚上师的条件。

第四，要精通显密仪轨。特别在密宗里，有很多事业法，它们是度化众生的方便，可以遣除修行的障碍。但这些全是依照仪轨来做的。若什么仪轨都不懂，就缺少了许多度生的方便，所以要精通这些仪轨。

博通经论和显密仪轨是从学识方面讲的，但更重要的一点是：

第五，要有证悟。譬如要灌一个大幻化网的灌顶。在大幻化网中有一百位本尊，其中有五十八位忿怒本尊，四十二位寂静本尊。授灌顶者不但要将所有的本尊都观想清楚，甚至连每尊佛的手里持有什么法器、结何手印、身上有何装饰也要清晰地观想出来。若做不到这一点，他怎么给人灌顶呢？所以做金刚上师一定要有证悟。又如，给别人传讲大圆满，首先自己必须证悟大圆满。如同为人带路，他首先要把路了解得清清楚楚，才可能引人走上正确之路。若带路人都是糊涂的，他怎么为人带路呢？同样，若上师自己都没有证悟，他讲什么大圆满呢？所以传大圆满、传窍诀的人必须是证悟者。

这里的证悟，不要求断掉所有的烦恼，也不要求证悟圆满的智慧，只要求或多或少地断除了烦恼、证悟了智慧。这个智慧不是世智辨聪，也不是文字上的知识，而是通过修证得来的。

第六，要懂得四摄法。即四种大乘菩萨摄受众生的方法。若不懂四摄法，也没有办法度化众生。

对金刚上师较低的要求，就是以上六点。具备这些条件的称为俱德上师。

做金刚上师的第一个条件是三戒清净。第二，要广闻佛法。例如，有些修行人（以前某些在山洞里修行的老喇嘛），修行相当好，戒律清净，又很虔诚，对上师非常有信心。在智慧上，他还是多多少少了解一些，但是，要给别人传法就很困难。因为佛法跟世间学问不同。比如，虽然你只精通世间所有学问的一部分，但在这个圈子里，你就是权威。而佛法不是这样，只有精通了整个佛法后，你才可以融会贯通，了解佛教的真实意趣，若只看了一两部经典，是很难做到这一点的。因为佛法可分为了义和不了义两种。佛传法时，要考虑听众的根器，传对他们有利的相应之法。如果讲实话，而有人不能理解，佛是不会这么做的。假如实际上不是这样，但若暂时这样讲，可使大家都能理解，都很开心，又由这个开心，都能够走上解脱之道，那么，佛就让大家开心，先讲一个方便法。这难道是佛打妄语么？不是，佛要观察众生的根器，应机施教。众生的根机各种各样，因此佛说的法也各种各样。而所有这些法中，真正的佛的思想是什么呢？这只有在精通了很多经论后才会明了。这是佛教与其它学问的不同之处。所以若要给别人传法，就必须广闻多学。

第三，要有大悲心。因为，作为金刚上师就要以悲心摄受其他人。若某修行人戒律清净，又懂得一些显密教法，但他只是独自在山洞里修行，拒绝跟所有的人接触，不愿意摄受他人，那么，他虽是一个真正的修行人，却不具备做金刚上师的条件。

第四，要精通显密仪轨。特别在密宗里，有很多事业法，它们是度化众生的方便，可以遣除修行的障碍。但这些全是依照仪轨来做的。若什么仪轨都不懂，就缺少了许多度生的方便，所以要精通这些仪轨。

博通经论和显密仪轨是从学识方面讲的，但更重要的一点是：

第五，要有证悟。譬如要灌一个大幻化网的灌顶。在大幻化网中有一百位本尊，其中有五十八位忿怒本尊，四十二位寂静本尊。授灌顶者不但要将所有的本尊都观想清楚，甚至连每尊佛的手里持有什么法器、结何手印、身上有何装饰也要清晰地观想出来。若做不到这一点，他怎么给人灌顶呢？所以做金刚上师一定要有证悟。又如，给别人传讲大圆满，首先自己必须证悟大圆满。如同为人带路，他首先要把路了解得清清楚楚，才可能引人走上正确之路。若带路人都是糊涂的，他怎么为人带路呢？同样，若上师自己都没有证悟，他讲什么大圆满呢？所以传大圆满、传窍诀的人必须是证悟者。

这里的证悟，不要求断掉所有的烦恼，也不要求证悟圆满的智慧，只要求或多或少地断除了烦恼、证悟了智慧。这个智慧不是世智辨聪，也不是文字上的知识，而是通过修证得来的。

第六，要懂得四摄法。即四种大乘菩萨摄受众生的方法。若不懂四摄法，也没有办法度化众生。

对金刚上师较低的要求，就是以上六点。具备这些条件的称为俱德上师。

　　三毛，是洪金宝的乳名，他和成龙一样，小时候受过中国戏剧学院于占元师傅的有关于京剧的专业训练。三毛在“七小福”中排行第一，被成为大师兄。和其他的京剧学院一样，为了表示对于占元师傅的尊敬，他们每个人的艺名中都要有一个“元”字，三毛的则艺名是元龙。在上世纪80到90年代，仔细观察一下就会发现在香港的动作**中叫“元x”的到处都是，元彪，元华，元彬，元奎，元武，元宝等等，也正式这些人扛起了香港动作**的大旗。顺便说一句，以袁小田为首的“袁”字辈实际上也是中国戏剧学院的成员，袁小田在学院中做武术指导，而他的孩子们则也在中国戏剧学院中学习过，只是当成龙他们刚进校的时候，“袁”字辈的那些人已经可以离开那里了。

　　三毛在他们的大师兄元庭逃跑后成为了成龙这一辈学员中的大师兄。那时的三毛在戏剧学院中也是挺飞扬跋扈的，经常欺负包括成龙在内的小学员，当然现在看来，那只是小孩子的一种幼稚行为。

　　三毛的肥硕是他有别于其他动作演员的特点之一，其实他的胖是来自于一次受伤。在一次训练中，三毛因崴断了脚踝而住院，在这期间，他的祖父就经常寄来一些点心安慰自己的孙子，而三毛又以大师兄的身份拒绝了和其他的学员来分享食物，大量的食入高热量的食物再加上完全缺乏活动，使他的尺寸很快的膨胀起来，他原本就不瘦，而后来看上去就成了一个不折不扣的大胖子，一直到现在。

　　仔细观察三毛会发现他的上嘴唇又一处疤痕，这是和他的一次打架经历有关。对于年轻人来讲，冲动似乎是他们的代名词。一次在夜总会中，为了争夺一个女孩，在混战中那女孩的男朋友用碎瓶子使他永远破了相。作为报复，三毛把那个男的打的失去了知觉，而且让他的两个同伙在水槽里血流不止。

　　戏剧学院解散以后，三毛是比较早的在嘉禾公司工作的成员之一。在李小龙时期，三毛就已经是嘉禾公司的常驻武术指导了。李小龙的《精武门》三毛就参与过拍摄工作，而成龙，元华等人当时还是小武行，而元华也担任了李小龙的替身。据说三毛曾经在嘉禾公司的走廊中和李小龙比试过武功，还居然打成平手，但当时没有目击者，谁又能证明谁是谁非呢？

　　《合气道》是三毛第一次成为主角的影片，在李小龙的《龙争虎斗》中和李小龙过了招，以后又指导过《喜玛拉雅》，《少林门》。《铁拳和尚》是三毛第一部导演的影片，并且还担任了影片的主角和武术指导。后来他和刘家荣，麦嘉组成了嘉宝影片公司，拍摄过2部**，《老虎田鸡》和《搏命单刀夺命枪》。然后又和梁家仁合作《肥龙过江》。三毛的《福星系列》应该是印象比较深刻的**，而洪家班也凭借《奇谋妙计五福星》获得1983年香港**金像奖最佳动作设计。成龙，元彪，洪金宝这“梦幻三人组”的**也早已被公认为香港动作**的经典之作。《龙的心》个人觉得是一部蛮有意思的一部影片，虽然它在票房上败给了当年郑则仕的《肥猫》，但对于三毛的正剧作品，这是为数不多的一部，从中也可以看出三毛等人娴熟的表演功力和技巧。在90年代的成龙作品中，三毛也参与过2部，《霹雳火》和《一个好人》，分别担任动作导演和导演，这也是他们的最后合作。

　　现在的三毛在**上似乎少了一些动作，在电视剧上到是有几部作品，也都是在美国拍的，质量还行，但现在看上去，三毛的确是老了许多了！

　　三毛的妻子是高丽红，曾经也是在选美比赛中拿过奖项的，后来加入影视圈立志作一名武打演员，就加入了洪家班，后来就和三毛喜结良缘。高丽红在《东方秃鹰》中的表现应该是印象比较深刻的，三毛还和她有对打的场面，且三毛下手丝毫没有留情，不过在现实的生活中，我想，三毛更多的还是体现了他的温柔吧！
